One of the posts said
"I don't want the "Buy all the high priced players and dump them at the trade deadline if it doesn't work" strategy to become more prevalent this season"
So to combat this a few options were given. Vote on those you'd like to see implemented for this year and beyond.

If I understand option #4 correctly, it means that there would be a mandated number of say $20 in which the difference total players swapped salaries could be.
While I know why some may want to do this, I think it is a very poor idea. This rule would have to exist for all trades not just trades in the final days leading up to deadline. And we all know there will be $1 players who perform in the $20+ range while there will be $40 players who perform far below that level. This rule would eliminate or at least minimize buy low/sell high trades at any time during the season which is a basic principle of fantasy baseball.
We need to be careful that we do not micro manage the league.

I don't think changing the trading deadlines or putting limits on $$ difference should be implemented. Changes in the keeper rules may be what is needed. $$$ values really mean nothing - it is the performance and future value of the players involved and what your team needs. Just a few examples: Last year Carlos Quentin - $1, Nate McLouth - $1, Josh Hamilton - $4, Evan Longoria - $6, and Dustin Pedroia - $9 just to name a few completely outperformed Victor Martinez - $35, Prince Fielder - $43, Jimmy Rollins - $43, Travis Hafner - $25, Vladimir Guerrero - $40, Delmon Young - $28 and so forth and so on.
If I could get any of those cheap players for Hafner or others I would be a fool not to take that deal.
