A YES Vote means we will add a 5 move per week maximum and a 35 Innings per week Minimum A NO Vote means no restrictions will be placed on moves or innings pitched

What about a Maximum & Minimum innings pitched restriction option? and even an Abstain option for votes...

The 5 move maximum effectively controls a maximum. You can have your roster loaded with SP's on your bench and be free to use them. As this is not what streaming is.
This option includes a 35 inning pitch minimum.
There does not need to be an Abstain option as any owner can choose not to vote on any poll.
But, if only 3 people vote and it is 2 - 1; the 2 votes will get it.

I am all for putting in a minimum innings but if we have a max of 5 adds and you have other injured players5 may not be enough so my vote is for 7 max adds per week

I posted this in the other section earlier:
I really don't think 5 transaction per week will be restrictive. As has been mentioned in a few other posts the waiver wire is kind of slim and pick ups are usually for an injury replacement and grabbing the hot player or the recent call-up. While some teams were hit hard by injuries - most won't have 5 in one week.
5 pick up per week would be 130 per season. Last year, in all his streaming glory, Killer Brew had 169 transactions. Second was Detroit Bailout with 131.
Now listen to this - the next highest falls down 70 transactions to 61 from AC Serial Killers and then 56, 55 and 45.
So only one team would be affected and it was because of the streaming that we are talking about curtailing.
Five transactions per week will not cause most owners to even bat an eye.
Seven transaction per week would allow an owner to grab a Free Agent pitcher who is starting every day of the week. This is what we are trying to prevent. A five transaction per week limit will only put a little dent in streaming.

I will vote yes but my vote is for 35 innings AND SEVEN moves per week--w/the size of our rosters and DL we really should have 7 per week in case of extreme cases of injury & slumps......7 moves will still restrict streaming--the kind of streaming we're talking about anyway--even though it seems that decision has already been made--I wanted to post this anyway
